Circular Economy: Consumer Perspectives on Plastic Recycling

Recycling policy is mostly written for household packaging, while much of the plastic in circulation never passes through a household. This project surveys the people who actually use and dispose of plastics outside that channel, starting with row-crop and livestock operations in the American Midwest, and asks what would have to change for more of that material to be recovered.
